How does my pet begin with a Raw Food Diet?

If you've decided to purchase our Full Plan we will provide a full transition plan for your pet to ensure a smooth transition to a Raw Food diet. If you have selected our Half Plan no transition plan is needed simply mix the given Raw Food into your pet's dry food

How to Safely Feed Raw Food

When Feeding Raw Food to your pet you must make sure your pets food bowl is always cleaned before and after feeding. For this reason we provide disposable bowls to make the raw feed process cleaner and easier

Should I feed Full or Half Plan?

Our Half plan is designed for owners who are not very familiar with Raw Feeding, it provides the easiest way to introduce Raw Food to your pet. Our Full Plan is for owners who want to take full advantage of the Raw Food diet where we provide a transition plan for your pet to Full Raw Feeding.

What if my Pet gets Diarrhea?

Switching to a raw meal is the same as switching your pets food it can cause a small amount of diarrhea but it should not last more than 1-2 days during the first stages.

Where does Fido source meat from?

We source our meat from reputable butchers around Kuwait. All the meat we provide in our Full and Half plan are human grade and fresh.

How Does Subscription Work

Our Pet Food subscriptions work by first collecting information about your pet and creating a custom diet that fits your pets needs. The diet will then be delivered to you every week and in the amount needed for your pet.

How to Store Raw Food

Our Raw Food lasts in the freezer for up to 5 Months. We recommend removing it from the freezer one day before feeding and leaving it in the Fridge to defrost before feeding.

What Are Fido Treats Made From?

Fido treats are made of 100% dried Beef or Chicken. Owners can choose which protein they prefer after ordering

How to clean my Pet's teeth

Your pet's teeth will naturally be cleaner by feeding a Raw Diet. But using our chewable treats they act as a natural tooth brush for dogs and acts which cleans their teeth and gums. We recommend feeding chewable treats one or two times per week
